Please take care of yourself by getting adequate rest, staying well hydrated, and maintaining proper nutrition throughout the week. As you move between sessions and locations, be mindful of your surroundings and watch your step. Drink alcohol responsibly and use designated drivers.  Do not text and drive.

For basic first aid supplies—such as bandages or over-the-counter pain relief—please connect with one of our designated Safety Captains, who will have portable first aid kits available throughout the week.
